Tips for international flights
1. Flights: listed are flights that match user search requirements. If there are issues with booking seats, we will contact you separately by phone.
2. Name & ID: when booking a flight, please provide a valid ID number of the passenger along with passenger’s name and gender as stated on the ID. Any discrepancy on the above will result in denial to onboard the passenger. Loses occurred due to misinformation are the responsibility of the passenger/the person who booked the tickets.
3. Contact information: please provide valid contact information of the passenger to ensure effective communication; i.e. we can promptly notify you of any subsequent changes. Loses occurred due to misinformation are the responsibility of the passenger/the person who booked the tickets.
4. The actual ticket price will be the one displayed for you at the end of your reservation (which may vary from search page price). After a successful payment, a refund is a subject to the airline refund policy.
5. Duplicate orders: please avoid duplicate orders (i.e. booking two or more tickets for the same passenger for the same period. Loses occurred due to the following are the responsibility of the passenger/the person who booked the tickets.
6. Please directly contact relevant airline for any sudden changes or flight cancellations. HopeGoo provides ticket information only and bears no responsibility for such incidents.
Booking a flight
1. Search for flights
On Home page, choose “Flights”, fill in departure and arrival city (airports), select departure and return dates, choose between one-way or round-trip options, choose number of adults and children (if any), select cabin class, click “Search”. The system will display options that meet search requirements.
2. Select preferred flight
There are multiple options of flights from various airlines you can choose from. Please pay attention to refund and change policy, flight duration, as well as, stopovers (if any), transfer between the airports (if any), transfer duration, total price of the ticket and any other taxes.
3. Fill in passenger information
Fill in passenger information accurately. If there are more than 1 passengers, click “Add new passenger” and provide information as required.
4. Confirm passenger information
Confirm passenger’s name, ID number and contact information. Necessary changes at this stage are allowed.
5. Pay for the ticket
Pay for the ticket.
6. Get confirmed
After successful payment, wait for an SMS confirmation and receive an issued ticket via email.
Why does ticket price change?
Due to time gap between searching and actually paying for the flight, there might be changes of price. Kindly note that the actual price is the one displayed at the moment of payment already converted into selected currency.
How are refunds processed?
Refund amount=actual paid amount-refund fee (if any). Refund will be credited back to the original payment platform used during the purchase. Processing time depends on the payment method.
How do I check in and select my seat?
Most airlines open online check-in 24–48 hours before departure and close it 2 hours before take-off. Exact times vary by carrier, so log in to your airline’s official website the day before your flight and follow the prompts to check in online (seat-map availability depends on the specific flight).
Some airlines only allow online check-in through their own website; checking in at the airport counter may incur an extra fee. Others do not offer online check-in at all and require you to visit the airline’s airport counter on the day of travel. Always refer to your booking confirmation or the airline’s official guidelines for the exact rules.
How to apply for a reimbursement voucher?
E-tickets can provide an electronic receipt, which can be sent to your email as an attachment. If you need to obtain the itinerary receipt for your order, you can contact us through instant customer service to get it.
