3. Confirmation and Refund/Change Policy
- Once the order is confirmed, no refunds or changes are allowed.

- Open tickets are not valid for Lunar New Year, Easter, Tomb - Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day, Christmas, and China Import and Export Fair ("Big Holidays").
