【Description / Important Notes】

*Notes:

High-speed data is 1GB/day, after which the speed is reduced to 384kbps.

Days are calculated as follows: 24 hours is one day. (For example, if the 3-day package is installed and activated at 10:00 on October 1, the package will end at 09:59 on October 4.)

Can be installed in advance, and billing starts when the eSIM is activated upon arrival at the destination.

Each QR code is valid for one device only.

Once installed, the eSIM is non-transferable.

In-app activation is available only on iOS (not Android).

*For iOS Users: Please ensure your iPhone system is upgraded to iOS 17.4 or higher. Then you can install the eSIM directly within the App.  

*Install by scanning the QR code or manually entering eSIM information:  

1. Open the QR code attachment in your order, and print it in advance or save it to another electronic device. (iOS 17 and above systems and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone.)  

2. Open "Mobile Data/Mobile Service (iOS)" or "SIM Card Management (Android)" in Settings.  

3. With the phone connected to the internet, tap "Add Mobile Data Plan/Add Mobile Service Plan (iOS)" or "Add SIM Card Management (Android)", then scan the QR code to install.  

4. If scanning the code fails, you can enter the "SM-DP+Address and Activation Code" from the order voucher to install.  

5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone may be network-locked by your home telecom provider (unable to use other telecom providers' network bands). You need to contact your telecom provider to unlock it before using the eSIM.  

[Using the eSIM]  

1. Turn off the main SIM card and enable the eSIM network switch.  

2. Activate "Mobile Data/Mobile Service (iOS)" or "SIM Card (Android)".  

3. Enable "Data Roaming".  

4. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please configure the APN and restart your phone. See details below.  

[About APN]  

1. If you purchase an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions, when you arrive in a new region and cannot connect to the internet, please manually switch the APN (it will switch automatically under normal circumstances).  

2. Configuration path:  

  - iOS: Settings - Mobile Data/Mobile Service - Mobile Data Network/Mobile Service Data Network  

  - Android: Settings - Network & Internet - Mobile Network - Access Point Names (APN) - New APN or Edit APN

3. Enter APN:  

  APN: ctm-mobile  

4. Restart your phone.

[Disable Domestic SIM Card Roaming]

Before using an eSIM, make sure to turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges. You will be responsible for any related fees, including roaming charges, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, and transportation expenses. No additional compensation will be provided.

To maintain network quality and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies may throttle users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, leading to slower speeds or inability to connect. To ensure stable internet access, please avoid activities that consume excessive data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, or sharing your network (hotspot).
