- After arrival, take the escalator down to B1F and go to the transportation center and you will see the Travel Center

The Olive Young e-Gift Card can be used immediately at all Olive Young stores nationwide, except for certain locations.
Olive Young gift cards are valid for use at store locations within Incheon, Gimpo, and Jeju International Airports.

AREX Incheon Airport-Seoul Express Train Ticket
- Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but must present ID to verify their age when exchanging tickets.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Each guardian can bring up to one child under the age of 6 to board free of charge. However, if the child has to occupy a seat, an additional fee is required
- You can use the AREX ticket within the validity date regardless of the purchase date.
Olive Young E-Gift card (10,000 KRW)
- The e-Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- The e-Gift Card can be used across multiple transactions within the remaining balance.
- Multiple e-Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction at the store
- Screenshots are not accepted. Customers must present the original E-gift card received.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining balance can be paid using other payment methods.
- Any unused balance on the e-Gift Card is non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not available.
- If a product purchased with the e-Gift Card is exchanged or returned after the validity period has expired, the card cannot be reused.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and certain items cannot be purchased using the e-Gift Card (barcode).
- Extensions of the validity period and refunds are not permitted.
