e-Voucher Redemption Method: Please present your e-voucher (QR Code) at the service counters of the designated metro stations to redeem the physical metro card.

- How to get there: After exiting customs in the Arrival Hall, walk straight to the left until you see the ‘Youke Counter’
(2) Terminal 2, 1st Floor Arrival Hall, Service Counter 1
- Business hours: 04:30 – 23:00
- How to get there: After exiting customs in the Arrival Hall, the ‘Youke Counter’ will be on your right
Metro Station Service Counters
(1) Taipei Main Station (BL12 / R10)
(2) Ximen Station (BL11 / G12)
(3) Songshan Airport Station (BR13)

How to Use the Physical Metro Card:
- During the validity period of the e-ticket, guests can redeem the physical card at the designated counters by presenting the e-voucher. After the card is activated at the station fare gate,it allows for unlimited rides and mileage for 48 / 72 consecutive hours.Each ride is for one person only.
- To enter, tap the physical card on the sensor area. When the gate beeps and shows a green arrow on the screen, the gate will open. Tap again at the exit gate to leave the station.
