How to get there: Nippombashi Station No.2 Exit, turn left and go straight for 100 meters

The bus will stop at the designated sightseeing bus pick-up/drop-off area next to Kani Doraku Dotonbori Higashi Store. Due to strict morning traffic regulations, the driver may not be able to stop at a precise location. Upon arrival, please actively look for the bus and check in with the driver

How to get there: check the instructionDue to official transportation regulations at Universal Studios Japan, the shuttle bus cannot stop directly at the main entrance; the actual drop-off point is about 1 kilometer away (approximately a 15-minute walk), so please consider this and assess your physical condition before purchasing

Luggage Information

Each guest is allowed up to one piece of luggage. Personal luggage is not to be placed on a seat.

Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

1.As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis

2.Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited

3.The bus is not equipped with toilet facility

4.Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger

5.Note: If it does not reach the minimum number of 8 participants, the bus will be cancelled.

6.A full refund will be provided in the event the bus service is cancelled due to force majeure. Ticket, personal ID, and any requested documents will need to be provided during the refund application.

7.Guests who are late due to poor traffic conditions will not be permitted to board. In this case, automatic cancellation status will be applied, and no refund will be provided.

8.The scheduled bus service may be cancelled due to force majeure events or when the number of passengers does not reach the minimum number to operate, Klook will contact you in advance.

9.During holiday/peak season, the bus service may arrive later than the scheduled time due to road congestion or any other unforeseeable event. Please understand that we do not hold any responsibility for the costs, including but not limited to accommodation or taxi fare, that fall upon the guest due to the unforeseeable event.
