【Inclusions】
● One 3-hour OR 4-hour ski ticket at Kalu Snow World, allowing access to the ski area and use of the magic carpet lift.
● No deposit required. Free rental of ski suit, ski boots, helmet, skis/snowboard, ski poles (poles only included with skis), locker (wristband), and snow card.
Note: Any damage will be compensated according to the on-site posted prices.
【Exclusions】
● Does not include access to the snow play area. A separate ticket is required for snow play.
● Does not include ski lessons. On-site inquiries for lessons are available; prices are subject to the posted rates at Kalu Ski Training Center.
● Does not include gloves, protective gear, snow goggles, or face masks. The venue offers paid rental and retail services for ski equipment and gear. Please decide whether to purchase related items based on your actual needs.
● Does not include on-site dining, shopping, or other secondary consumption.
● The timing rule at Kalu Snow World: Timing starts when you swipe your snow card to enter the gate and ends when you swipe to exit. Exceeding the ticket's time limit will be considered overtime, and you will need to pay the difference according to the on-site posted rates.
【How to Use】

【Entry Method】
● After placing your order, present the QR code at the Kalu Snow World ticket booth or the service counter to exchange for a snow card.
● The snow card is used to access the venue gates and to collect equipment.
● Please keep the snow card safe. If the snow card is lost or other personal issues prevent normal entry, a new ticket must be purchased.

【Overtime Charges】
¥40 per 30 minutes per person. Overtime is charged for every 30-minute increment. Any overtime less than 30 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes. Example: 29 minutes overtime = ¥40; 31 minutes overtime = ¥80.
【Friendly Reminders】
You may choose between a snowboard or skis. No exchanges are allowed after collection. (Beginners are recommended to choose skis.)
After entering the snow park, please keep your snow card with you at all times. You will need to swipe it to collect and return equipment. The snow card must be returned when exiting the snow park. If the snow card is lost, you will not be able to exit the gate. (If the snow card is lost, a ¥20 replacement fee applies.)
【Equipment Size Guide】
Snowboard boots size range: EU 27–46
Ski boots size range: EU 28–47
Ski suit height range: 80–200 cm
If the sizes do not fit the visitor's actual measurements, the related equipment rental benefits cannot be used. Please bring your own equipment.
【Entry Requirements】
The ticket is valid for single entry on the selected date only, with one snow card per person. Expired tickets are void.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Kalu Snow World implements timed entry and capacity control measures. Please enter during your purchased time slot. Visitors with night session tickets should pay attention to the venue's last operating hours and plan their entry time accordingly to avoid insufficient playtime. If personal reasons prevent you from using the full duration included in the ticket, no extension or refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
【Definition of Weekdays, Weekends & Specific Days】
Weekdays:
Monday to Friday (excluding summer vacation, public holidays, and Christmas week: December 20–28, 2026), as well as makeup workdays.
Weekends / Specific Days:
Saturday to Sunday, public holidays, summer vacation (July–August 2026), Christmas week (December 20–28, 2026).
Public Holidays (for reference only, subject to actual dates):
Qingming Festival: April 4 – April 6, 2026
Labor Day: May 1 – May 5, 2026
Dragon Boat Festival: June 19 – June 21, 2026

【Safety Notice】
Shenzhen Kalu Snow World warmly welcomes you! To ensure that you and your family can enjoy the fun of ice and snow safely and happily, please pay special attention to the following:
1. When participating in snow activities, please act within your limits, follow the instructions of the staff, and ensure your own safety as well as the safety of others. Minors should participate in activities under the supervision of an accompanying adult. Elderly people and pregnant women are advised not to participate in strenuous snow sports.
2. The activities in the venue are classified as high-risk sports and are not suitable for visitors with high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, fractures, joint dislocations, pregnant women, intoxicated persons, or those who have been medically diagnosed as unfit to participate in strenuous activities. Please choose your activities carefully based on your physical condition. Otherwise, any personal injury or property damage caused to yourself or others as a result shall be borne solely by you.
3. Minors should participate in snow sports under the supervision of an adult with full civil capacity. If you confirm that a minor under your supervision may enter the venue on their own (without your direct accompaniment), please be sure to provide them with necessary safety education before they enter, so that they are aware of and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions posted in the venue, including the "Admission Guidelines". Elderly people are advised not to participate in strenuous snow sports.
4. In accordance with relevant national safety regulations, to ensure safety, if any abnormality or malfunction occurs during the operation of facilities and equipment in the venue, the equipment must be shut down for inspection. The inspection time may not be promptly confirmed or announced. Visitors are requested to cooperate and follow the on-site instructions of the staff, and to consciously maintain order in the venue. Please pay attention to announcements regarding equipment operating hours posted in the venue.
5. In the event of a power outage or other force majeure factors, to ensure your safety, we may suspend or close some facilities or equipment without prior notice. In such cases, ticket extensions or refunds will not be granted.
6. Due to capacity limits, inclement weather, special events, safety or order reasons, the operating hours of Kalu Snow World or the availability of any activities in the venue may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the on-site announcements on the day of your visit.
7. To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please voluntarily comply with security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or other dangerous items, or nationally controlled instruments. All outside food, beverages, drinking water (including but not limited to the above, except infant food), and other items that staff deem to pose a safety hazard are not permitted into the venue. Loose or cooked foods may pose food safety risks; it is recommended that you consume them before entering.
8. Without prior permission, any individual or organization is prohibited from holding gatherings, selling items, distributing or posting various promotional materials, or conducting commercial filming or photography activities within the venue.
9. Illegal business activities, superstitious activities, gambling, fighting, provoking troubles, theft, and other illegal or criminal acts are prohibited in the venue. If discovered, the security department and staff have the right to intervene on the spot and assist the public security authorities in handling the matter in accordance with the law.
10. To maintain public environmental hygiene, smoking, spitting, and littering are prohibited in the venue. Please take care of the venue's facilities and ski trails. Climbing, moving, carving, soiling, or damaging fences, sculptures, signage, communication equipment, or other facilities without authorization is prohibited. The use of open flames or other actions that pose safety hazards is prohibited. If discovered, the venue has the right to issue a warning and stop such actions in accordance with relevant regulations, and the responsible party shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
11. Please take good care of your personal valuables and look after the elderly and children accompanying you to prevent them from getting lost or having accidents. In case of an emergency, please find the nearest staff member and follow their instructions.
12. After your visit, do not forget to retrieve your stored items and return the equipment provided free of charge by the venue, as well as any rented equipment (if applicable).
13. Visitors are requested to carefully read and comply with the above Admission Guidelines before entering the venue.
