– Visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and foreign nationals must bring the corresponding travel documents or passports and exchange them for tickets at the pier ticket window before boarding.
– All passengers must present the original valid identification document used for booking; otherwise, staff have the right to refuse boarding. Tickets are valid only for the specified date and sailing time; expired tickets are void.
Timing Regulations:
– Ticket sales stop 5 minutes before departure.
– Passengers are required to arrive at the pier 30 minutes in advance to complete boarding procedures. Boarding gates close 5 minutes before departure. Any delay is at your own cost.
