Note:
1)The 100MB test data plan is not available for cruise plans.
Pre-Trip eSIM Check
2)The user can test the eSIM before departure in their home country/region. Voye has included an additional 100MB test data plan for the user to check whether the eSIM works properly before travelling. This test data plan will be automatically disabled once the 100MB data is used up.
Package Excludes
● Voice calls and SMS, unless otherwise stated on the product page
● Additional data usage beyond the selected plan
● Costs caused by device incompatibility, locked devices, or incorrect user operation
● Any other items not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
● As eSIM is a virtual digital product, cancellation, refund, or exchange is usually not supported once the order is confirmed, the QR code is generated, or the eSIM has been installed or activated.
● If the eSIM cannot be used due to a product-related issue, please contact customer support promptly and provide your order details, device model, screenshots of the error, and a description of the issue for further assistance.

● Please do not enable data roaming unless required, to avoid unexpected charges.
● We recommend installing the eSIM while connected to Wi-Fi.
● If you cannot connect to the network upon arrival, please try enabling data roaming, restarting your device, or manually selecting a network carrier.
● Actual network speed may be affected by local coverage, signal strength, device model, and peak-hour network conditions.
Please keep your eSIM installation details safe to avoid issues caused by accidental deletion or loss.
