Locations requiring tickets for outdoor shooting, excluding customer and photographer tickets, and travel expenses.

How to Use:
Bookings must be made by 3:00 PM (local time), 3 day before your trip.
Please provide your valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and passport) at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
【Additional information】
●If you order package 1 or package 2, please fill in your arrival time at Yu Garden. The operator will arrange a photographer appointment for you. The final shooting time will be subject to confirmation by the operator and the photographer.
⚠️Gentle reminder: Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment; during holidays, Yu Garden is extremely crowded. If you are late, you will need to re-queue on-site, and it is highly likely that shooting cannot be arranged during peak hours. If shooting cannot proceed due to personal lateness or temporary no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. If you need to change your appointment, please contact the operator in advance to negotiate.
● If the time slot you selected is fully booked, the operator will contact you immediately to adjust to another time. Please keep your communication channels open.
● When choosing summer Hanfu, it is recommended to wear light-colored underwear.
● Our store pursues high quality; all Hanfu garments are subject to a one-customer, one-wash, one-disinfection standard.
● Return the clothing before 10:00 PM on the same day, or between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM the next day. Overtime will be charged at 20 yuan per hour (deposit will be deducted if damage occurs).
● Photo selection time: approximately 1 day after shooting
● Film retrieval time: Approximately 7 days after selection (can be sent to you via WeChat or email)
● During peak hours, you may need to queue and wait. We appreciate your understanding.

Changes and Cancellations:
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
