Adult ticket: height above 131 cm
Child ticket: height 90–130 cm (children under 90 cm enter for free)
Guests over 80 years old are not recommended to enter the ice & snow zone
【Important Notes & Health Warnings】
1. It is recommended to enter no later than 1 hour before closing (5:00 PM); insufficient playtime may affect your experience.
2. Please pay attention to safety against cold and slips during snow play, especially for accompanying seniors and children.
3. As the indoor ice & snow zone is maintained at a constant temperature of -5°C to -10°C, young children and seniors with cardiovascular diseases, severe hypertension, or respiratory conditions are advised to exercise caution before entering, and to keep warm prior to admission.
4.Guests over 80 years old are not recommended to enter.
