Please be sure to present your voucher at the following exchange location and exchange your Skyliner one-way express designated seat ticket.

*Cannot be used at other sites.

Narita Airport Station (Narita Terminal 1): Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner ticket counter

Service Hours: 07:00-21:00

Airport Terminal 2 (Narita Terminal 2 and 3): Skyliner ticket machines or Skyliner ticket counters

Please note:

1.At Keisei-Ueno Station and Nippori Station, you can only exchange tickets to Narita Airport; at Narita Airport, you can only exchange tickets to Keisei-Ueno Station; you cannot exchange round-trip tickets at the same station.

2.Not valid for use on Keisei Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner

3.If the Skyliner ticket vending machine encounters an error and you are unable to redeem your ticket, please proceed immediately to the Skyliner service counter for assistance.

【How To Use】

Show Mobile Ticket: at the designated location for ticket exchange.

If fellow travellers cannot travel together to redeem, please purchase separately.

【Terms & Conditions】

1.Please exchange for your ticket and reserve a seat with your e-voucher at designated counters as travelers are not allowed to board just by their e-voucher

2.Please note that the physical tickets of the designated date and train can only be collected on the selected date

3.The real-name registration system applies to the ticket, please provide correct traveler data when booking, failure to do so may result in liabilities and losses on travelers' end

4.No refunds after redemption (except when the train is out of service)

5.If the train is out of service, Jingcheng Electric Railway will issue a stop certificate. Travelers may request refunds at ticketing counters with a stop certificate

6.If there are other issues not mentioned on the voucher or on the page, please refer to the regulations of Skyliner.
