1. The ticket is only valid on the date and time selected at the time of reservation
2. Children aged 0-5 can enter free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
3. Please present the QR code from the confirmation email when collecting the tickets. Tickets cannot be collected with just a text message.
4. Use the 13-digit code to reserve your departure date, time, and seat on the LINK
5. Due to system improvements, reservations cannot be made through the reservation system from 6. December 19th and can only be activated at the station ticketing kiosk/machine
