【Validity Period】

1）Valid for redemption within 6month(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration

2）Overdue purchases will not be available and no refunds will be given.

3）Kaohsiung MRT One-Day QR Code Ticket: Once redeemed at the QR Code sensor at the access gate, you can ride the Kaohsiung MRT unlimited times and mileage during the same day's operating hours. (For example: If you enter the station at 1:00 PM on June 1, 2020, you can use the ticket until the last train of the day on June 1, 2020.)

4）The Kaohsiung MRT two-day QR code ticket allows unlimited rides and mileage on the Kaohsiung MRT within two days of redemption (partial day use will be rounded up to the end of service on the second day after purchase). (For example: if you enter the station at 1:00 PM on June 1, 2020, you can use it until the last train of that day, June 2, 2020.)

【Purchase Notice】

The first Kaohsiung MRT train departs at 05:55 and the last train at 00:00. According to Kaohsiung MRT regulations, rides taken during early morning hours are considered part of the same operating day. Example 1: For a 1-Day Pass, if you tap in at 13:00 on 2020/06/01, the pass remains valid until the last train on 2020/06/01. Example 2: For a 1-Day Pass, if you tap in at 00:15 on 2020/06/01, the pass is considered valid for the operating day of 2020/05/31 and will expire after the last train of that day. The pass will not be valid starting from the first train on 2020/06/01. Please plan your ride times accordingly.

All passengers are charged the full fare. Children under the age of 6 (those 115 cm or taller must present proof) may ride for free when accompanied by a fare-paying adult.

【Reminders】

- Please use it within 6 months after purchase. It will not be usable and no refund will be given after the deadline.

- No refund or return will be accepted after any product is exchanged and used.

- This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification and entry.

- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety and will notify and contact the organizer in advance. If there are any unresolved matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the details of the event.

【How to Use】

When taking the MRT, first open the QR code of this product on your phone, hold your phone screen close to the QR code sensing area of the gate, and the gate will open after successful sensing and you can enter or exit the station.

The QR code is for personal use only and must not be copied or transmitted to others in any way. Failure to do so will be considered as riding without a ticket and will be handled in accordance with Article 49 of the Mass Rapid Transit Act.
