TICKET USAGE :
This is your e-ticket. To use it, please scan this QR Barcode Ticket at the barrier gate.
TICKET VALIDITY :
The ticket is valid for 31 days from the selected visit date. Ticket validity is stated on your ticket. No refund or exchange will be given for unused trips; no revalidation for expired tickets. No change of travel date once ticket is issued.
TRAIN SERVICE :
Ticket is valid for travel on the train service stated on your ticket.
TRAIN SCHEDULE :

Important Notes
1. Child ticket must be purchased together with an Adult ticket.
2. With the revised schedule, the service frequency increases from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes during weekday peak hours while off-peak frequency remains at 30-minute intervals.
3. KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit will continue to be operated as a combined service but will now start from 5:00 am from both KL Sentral and KLIA T2/T1 every day.
4. The last train departure from KLIA T2 is now at 12:10 am while the last train departure from KL Sentral is at 11:10 pm.

6. Ticket Counters will be closed 10 minutes before the last train departure.
7. The journey Time between KL Sentral to KLIA T1 (35 mins) and KLIA T2 (39 mins) . At KL Sentral, all departures and arrivals will be through the KLIA Transit Station.
8. Child below 6 years old travel for FREE (Maximum 3 FREE Child tickets per Adult ticket)
9. For every 1 Adult ticket, maximum is 3 Child tickets. If there is 2 Adults, maximum is 6 Child tickets.
Cancellation Policy:
Can not cancelled, refunded or changed
