Staying at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the luxurious vibe hit me—spacious, beautifully designed rooms with top-notch amenities and impeccable cleanliness. Dining options were fantastic, ranging from local Bahamian flavors to international cuisine, all served with great quality and taste. What truly stood out was the service—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The resort offers a wide variety of entertainment and activities, from pools and water sports to live shows and spa treatments, so there’s never a dull moment. Plus, it’s super convenient for exploring nearby attractions, even if you’re just hopping on the local transit. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and value. This place is definitely worth every penny—and I’m already planning my return trip!

The stay was decent overall, but I’m not sure I’d return. The location is a highlight—well removed from the hustle and bustle of Nassau and the cruise port, yet still close to the beach and quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Our room was beautifully decorated and recently renovated, giving it a fresh, upscale feel. There are two large pools—one heated, the other more temperate—and direct beach access. You can even take a short boat ride to their private island, which added a nice touch to the experience. The mini-bar was included, though we had to call reception daily to get it refilled—something that felt like extra effort. Unfortunately, room cleaning was inconsistent. Every day something was missed: towels, bath mats, mopping floors, or sometimes the entire room wasn’t cleaned at all. We were on the 6th floor, and water pressure was terrible—on full blast, we barely got a trickle. That made showers frustrating. The Sandals app is clunky and unreliable, with frequent crashes and poor navigation. We’re glad we didn’t book a butler room; the tiered service system felt unfair and unnecessary. Dining experiences varied wildly—from excellent meals and great service to some really disappointing ones. While the all-inclusive package promises premium alcohol, we were handed wine lists with surcharges in several restaurants. No one informed us upfront which wines were already covered, so we only found out after asking. It felt like a sneaky way to upsell. Luckily, our room faced the quieter side of the East Bay building. Rooms overlooking the west pool are much noisier due to constant events and loud music throughout the day, which disrupted rest. Overall, the resort has strong potential, but inconsistencies in service and transparency let it down.

The Rosewood Baha Mar is an absolutely stunning property with top-notch service and a luxurious vibe throughout. The pool area is one of the highlights—spacious, beautifully designed, and surprisingly quiet with very few guests around, making it perfect for relaxing. The beach is decent, though nothing extraordinary—good for lounging and enjoying the ocean breeze. That said, the spa experience was underwhelming. There were no showers, sauna, or hot tub available on-site, which felt like a missed opportunity given the resort’s high-end positioning. However, I was able to use the neighboring Hyatt’s facilities for the day with no extra charge, though it required a short walk. Still, it’s a helpful perk. Overall, this hotel delivers on elegance, comfort, and atmosphere. With its prime location and exceptional staff, it’s definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a refined Bahamian getaway.

This was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Even though communicating in English was a bit of a challenge for us, my husband actually found it to be a positive and enriching part of the trip. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredible—warm, professional, and always going the extra mile. Special shoutout to the amazing girl who helped us with our excursions; her name escapes me right now (something like Avis), but she made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning—luxurious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway with exceptional service and a relaxed vibe, this is the place. 10/10 would return without hesitation.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—stretching across the marina and out to the open sea, it felt like waking up in a postcard. Every morning started with that stunning vista, and the resort’s relaxed vibe made it even more special. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the location made exploring Nassau easy. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a full-on tropical escape. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is absolutely incredible—every single detail was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The resort offers an impressive array of amenities, and the access to the water park is a major highlight, especially for families with kids. Dining options are diverse and top-notch, with excellent service from every staff member we interacted with. From check-in to checkout, everything felt seamless and luxurious. Whether you're looking for relaxation, adventure, or just a high-end getaway, this place delivers in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Five stars? More like ten. A truly unforgettable experience.

My wife and I stayed at The Island House to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and while it’s not right next to all the main attractions we wanted to explore, we absolutely wouldn’t change a thing. The staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The resort itself felt like a peaceful retreat, beautifully landscaped with a serene, tropical vibe. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay. It’s perfect for couples or anyone looking to unwind in a quiet, elegant setting. Even though it’s a bit off the beaten path, that’s part of its charm. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for this unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

Absolutely loved our stay at this incredible hotel! The location is perfect—just steps away from the heart of Nassau, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We had everything we needed right on-site: a beautiful private beach, sparkling pools, and a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel like true vacationers. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always smiling and ready to help. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a nice blend of classic charm and modern comfort. It’s rare to find such a peaceful retreat with so much convenience nearby. This place truly delivers on every level—highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in Nassau.

Staying at Goldwynn Resort & Residences was an absolute highlight of our trip to Nassau. The property is beautifully situated right on a pristine beach with a stunning pool area that's perfect for relaxing. We loved the sea view rooms—the views are absolutely unbeatable, especially at sunset. It's also incredibly convenient for visiting Baha Mar and Atlantis, just a short drive away. While there aren’t many dining options on-site, the ones available serve excellent food with great atmosphere. The golf-view rooms, however, aren’t as ideal due to the nearby road and parking lot blocking the view. Overall, this resort stands out as one of the best choices for couples looking for a peaceful, well-located getaway. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a romantic, hassle-free vacation in paradise.

Graycliff Hotel is an absolute gem nestled in Nassau, offering a serene escape with a rich history and timeless elegance that’s hard to find these days. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels refined yet welcoming—no cookie-cutter resort vibe, just authentic charm. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious meals served in a beautiful setting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive without being intrusive, always smiling and ready to help. It’s perfect for travelers seeking something unique, away from the noise of large chain resorts. I especially loved the quiet, peaceful ambiance—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the island. Plus, it’s conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to get around Nassau. If you value character, comfort, and personalized service, this hotel is a must-stay.

Staying at Blue Ocean Village was an absolute delight, and a huge thank you to Lonah for making our experience so seamless and memorable. From the moment we reached out before arrival, her communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We booked the Abacus cottage—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and excellent air conditioning that kept us cool even on warm nights. The private access to the quiet beach was perfect for relaxing, lounging on sun beds, or taking a paddle in the kayak. We truly felt like we were in our own little paradise. Lonah’s recommendations were spot-on—especially NRG, tucked away upstairs past Swiss Pastry Shop after turning right at the corner. Their shakes and wraps (shrimp and chicken were our favorites) are worth every bite. Social Sushi and Johnny Canoe Cafe also delivered great evening meals nearby. We’ve continued using the taxi contact she recommended—Big Mama (aka Leona)—and she’s been fantastic, knowledgeable, and reliable even now, back home. The jitney bus is a must-try: just wave at the driver, and they’ll stop. It’s only $1.50 per person—super affordable and convenient. Fish Fry is about 15 minutes away by bus, while downtown Nassau takes roughly 25 minutes depending on traffic. What makes this place special is the perfect balance: peaceful, secluded beach vibes without being cut off from the city. You get tranquility with easy access when you want to explore. If you're looking for a genuine Bahamian getaway that feels both intimate and well-connected, Blue Ocean Village is the ideal choice. Thanks again, Lonah, for creating such a flawless stay!

The host was incredibly welcoming, and every detail matched the description perfectly. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what we were looking for. Location is convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions and local spots. Everything was as advertised, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nassau.
