Step outside and you're face-to-face with the iconic Bell Tower—perfect for photos and soaking in the historic vibe. The staff, from security to front desk and laundry team, were all friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was fantastic—daily rotating menu with fresh, diverse options that kept us excited every morning. My parents especially loved the afternoon tea service; after a long day of exploring, returning to a cozy corner with a warm drink and light bites was pure bliss. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an—and I’ll definitely be back.
Staying at Hyatt Regency Xi'an was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room offered a stunning view of South Lake, with wide-open spaces that made every morning feel peaceful and refreshing. The value for money was outstanding—everything from the ambiance to the service exceeded expectations. Breakfast was a real highlight: diverse, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Every item tasted fresh and authentic—not just there for show. I especially loved the oat milk coffee; it was rich, smooth, and totally worth trying. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything felt clean, modern, and inviting. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive—shoutout to Cindy for going above and beyond. Her kindness made the stay even more memorable. Our 8-day self-drive trip across Shaanxi ended with a stay at Platinum Wan'ao Victory Hotel in Xi'an, and overall, it was an excellent choice. The location is incredibly convenient—right across from Hepingmen Metro Station, just a 50-meter walk away, making public transit access seamless for exploring the city. The hotel faces the ancient city wall directly, and it’s only about a 1.7-kilometer stroll to Yongning Gate if you want to walk along the wall—a pleasant way to enjoy the historic surroundings. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room, which made a big difference: spacious enough to comfortably unpack and move around, and ideal for family travel. Cleanliness was spot-on, meeting standard expectations without any issues. One minor drawback is the parking situation—being a multi-level garage, it’s not the most user-friendly, especially for larger vehicles, though my compact car navigated it easily. Breakfast was decent but not particularly impressive by luxury hotel standards—nothing overly elaborate, and we didn’t receive a third breakfast for our parents, which was slightly disappointing since this was one of only two hotels on the entire trip that didn’t offer it. Still, considering the excellent location, helpful staff, room comfort, and overall value, it’s hard not to give high praise. For travelers prioritizing convenience and a solid base in central Xi’an, this hotel is a strong recommendation.
Staying at Gran Melia Xi'an was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel's design is elegant without being overly flashy—very refined and modern. Our Huanxiang Suite, measuring 103 square meters, felt spacious and airy, making it incredibly comfortable for our family stay. The bedding was plush and fresh with no strange odors, and the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive—daily cleaning, plus a second tidy-up in the evening, which made a big difference. The staff on the executive floor were especially memorable: warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. They greeted my child by name each time and even brought over two small packs of chips just because he liked them—such a sweet, personal touch. The executive lounge snacks were also excellent—on our first night, when we were rushing to get ready, I stopped by for a quick bite. There was a good variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well-curated. Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—just across from the Tang Paradise Garden, a short walk to the lively Tang Dynasty Night Market, and close to Qujiang Book City. Everything is pedestrian-friendly, which is perfect for exploring the area at your own pace. The concierge at the lobby was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. A few words were enough for him to understand exactly what I needed, living up to the Gold Key reputation. Overall, while it might not be the flashiest hotel in town, the service quality ranks among the top I've experienced. It’s calm, respectful, and deeply considerate—everyone knows their role and executes it flawlessly. That level of consistency is rare. One small suggestion: please extend breakfast service a bit longer. We arrived around 10:30, and the serving station had already been cleared—plates and tongs were gone—even though food was still available. It left latecomers stranded without tools to serve themselves. A minor fix, but would make a big difference. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!
Staying at The Westin Xi'an was an absolute highlight of my trip to Xi'an. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Great Wild Goose Pagoda and the vibrant Datang Fubu Night Market. Whether you're out late enjoying the nightlife or heading out early for sightseeing, everything is within easy reach. Nearby shopping malls offer plenty of options for retail therapy, and it's super convenient to visit major attractions like the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a stunning atrium filled with ginkgo trees—perfectly golden during autumn, creating a breathtaking atmosphere. Despite being in the heart of the city, the place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese dishes—all fresh and delicious. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help. I was especially impressed by the complimentary museum exhibition on the lower level, which adds a cultural touch to the stay. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.
This stay was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk attendant, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave great local tips and even assisted with transportation arrangements, making our entire trip to Xi'an much smoother. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from Xishao Men Metro Station and close to the airport bus stop, so getting around was super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but what really stood out was the indoor pool—it’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the restaurant’s grilled dishes? Absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and worth trying if you’re here. With such excellent service, comfort, and value, I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Xi'an.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including authentic local favorites like lamb stewed bread (yang rou pao mo), meat-filled buns (rou jia mo), Biangbiang noodles, and Zengao. Plus, the garden features two gorgeous peacocks that stroll around peacefully—perfect for photos. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding and complimentary sleep aids like herbal pillows and sachets. The view outside the window was stunning, especially at night when the Big Wild Goose Pagoda lights up. I’d definitely come back again. Special shoutout to service staff Bingyue—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an!
My stay at Shangri-La Xi'an was absolutely outstanding—truly a top-tier experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Lv, made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm hospitality. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: generous buffet with a great mix of local and international options, all fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out was how attentive the hotel team was when I accidentally left my phone behind after check-out. The manager promptly helped reissue my access card and even coordinated with housekeeping to retrieve my item—such thoughtful service that truly went above and beyond. Location is convenient, close to major attractions, and easy to reach via public transit. This level of care and comfort makes it a must-stay choice for any visit to Xi’an. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium yet personal experience.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel’s modern design and stylish ambiance made it perfect for snapping photos—great for social media or just personal memories. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a short walk from the metro station, with shopping malls, local eateries, and major attractions like Bell Tower right nearby. We were able to explore the city easily without needing to travel far. Even the little touch of a complimentary gift from the staff (a half-sized souvenir) added a warm, personal feel. Overall, this place offers unbeatable convenience, comfort, and value—highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.
Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an was an absolute delight from start to finish. I was happily assigned a quiet room that made for a peaceful and restful stay—perfect after long days exploring the city. The breakfast spread was incredible: endless options, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. I especially loved the local specialties—they brought a real taste of Xi'an to the table. My personal concierge, Bruce, went above and beyond with his warm, thoughtful service. He greeted me with a little welcome gift and was always just a call away whenever I needed help—quick, professional, and genuinely caring. This level of attention to detail makes all the difference. I’d absolutely return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.
The stay exceeded all expectations—every aspect was outstanding, and I’ll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again on my next visit to Xi'an. Due to a delayed high-speed train schedule, we arrived at Xi'an North Station right at the stroke of midnight, facing heavy crowds and long waits for taxis—truly tiring after the journey. But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient! From comfort to convenience, this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend for travelers seeking quality, warmth, and modern touches.
