The lobby is on the 8th floor (the ground floor is actually a parking area, so first-timers should be careful not to get lost). The chandeliers, wooden details, and warm lighting give it a really elegant, almost castle-like feel—great for photos and really adds character to the stay. Room size is typical for a city hotel in Japan—compact but well-utilized. What stands out is how clean it is. Every day, the bed is neatly made, toiletries are stocked, free Wi-Fi works perfectly, and the bedding is soft and comfortable—ideal for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. They patiently answered questions about local transport and restaurant recommendations—even with limited English, they took time to make sure we understood.
