First, I was disconnected due to language barriers—but I tried again using my phone’s translation app. Though her English was limited, she listened patiently, apologized repeatedly, and clearly tried her best to help. Her effort, warmth, and professionalism touched me deeply. Even though I didn’t recover the scarves, this experience only strengthened my respect for the team. Despite the disappointment, I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. Excellent value, great service, and a memorable stay.
