What truly stood out was the exceptional service: after checking out, I realized I’d left behind my iPhone charger. I sent a quick email requesting help, and the hotel responded promptly—they shipped it back the same day! That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right across the street from Hakata Station, just steps away from the Hakata Christmas Market and Hankyu Department Store.
