The lobby is on the third floor—take the elevator right outside the entrance first, then transfer to another elevator to reach your room. The room itself exceeded my expectations: it came with a washer-dryer combo and nearly ten hangers, which is rare for this type of accommodation. Plus, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking essentials—something I’ve rarely seen in similar hotel-style apartments over the past five years, where most don’t allow cooking or provide only minimal storage. While the chain doesn’t have front desks, customer service through the booking platform is lightning-fast; questions are answered promptly, showing real commitment to guest satisfaction.
