The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English—they even helped us store our luggage, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was well-rounded, offering both Western and Japanese options, all freshly prepared. Overall, this is a brand-new, clean, and stylish hotel with fantastic value. The only thing I’d say is that the pillows weren’t quite up to par (though that’s minor), but overall, it beats the newer branch in my book. Great service, friendly staff, and excellent value. Definitely worth returning.
