Staying at LiVEMAX Asakusa Sky Front was a great experience overall. While the single room isn’t very large, it’s well-designed and perfect for a comfortable night’s rest. One of the highlights is the on-site laundry machine on the ground floor—super convenient when you’re traveling and running low on clean clothes. Every room comes with a microwave, which made meal prep easy without having to go out. The bathtub is on the smaller side, so if you’re looking to fully soak and unwind, you might want to keep that in mind. Still, it works perfectly fine for a quick shower or relaxing bath. Located just steps from Asakusa Station, getting around Tokyo is super easy via subway. Great value for money and definitely a place I’d consider returning to on future trips to Tokyo.

My stay at Mitsuba Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from major transit lines and within easy reach of Tokyo’s top attractions like Ginza and Shinjuku. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist without being intrusive. What stood out most was how well-balanced the price-to-value ratio was—affordable yet offering a premium experience. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Tokyo!

真的唔好住！今次入住淺草吉居酒店·琢居絕對係我人生最差的一次體驗。首先，房間實際面積同平台顯示相差極大，一半空間被浴室佔據，根本只夠一個人走動，完全唔似廣告咁有空間感。其次，衛生狀況極之糟糕，房內到處都有死蟲同灰塵，真係令人反胃。入住時更離譜，接待處完全無人處理登記，我個人資料竟然寫在紙上，放在櫃檯公開展示，連房卡都一齊放喺度，安全問題好大。而且職員完全唔識英文，連最基本溝通都困難。最離譜係退房時，我要求退款，但他們硬要我付兩晚費用，明明資訊嚴重誤導。最後更慘，我哋想離開，但職員竟然站喺門口阻住唔讓走，迫得我哋半夜仍要搬走，真係無語至極。性價比低到極點，千萬唔好輕易試！」},{

I arrived late at night, so be sure to check in before 11 PM, as after that, there’s no front desk staff available. The 7th floor has a shared lounge area with a foot spa bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, microwave, utensils, and dishes, which made cooking simple and enjoyable. The room is a spacious dorm-style setup for eight people, with wide beds and plenty of charging outlets on the walls—no need to worry about running out of battery. Clean, safe, and well-organized, this place offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a unique, budget-friendly stay in Tokyo with a friendly vibe, I highly recommend COGO Ryogoku.

The place is spotlessly clean, and I stayed for three nights without any issues. While housekeeping wasn’t daily (which is common in Japan, based on other reviews), it didn’t bother me at all. What truly stood out was the spacious room—plenty of room for showering, toileting, washing up, and even hanging clothes on the balcony. It felt much larger than expected for the price, offering excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
Feel Asakusa Stay
I absolutely loved this place! The highlight for us was the balcony overlooking the river—this is actually why we chose this hotel. Waking up to that peaceful view made our stay even more special. No elevator, so if you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs. But honestly, it’s such a small trade-off for the amazing value and charming atmosphere.
