Stayed at this hotel for two consecutive weekends—one for a work trip and another with my kids, both booking the same king-size room type. The first stay was fantastic, which is why I decided to come back. However, during the second visit, I was shocked by how much smaller the room was—almost one-third smaller than the first one. The bathroom felt cramped too. It’s really disappointing that the same room category and price resulted in such a drastic difference in space. I’d definitely ask the front desk specifically for a larger room if I ever return. I hope the hotel can improve consistency in room allocation so guests don’t end up feeling misled or disappointed.
