There are subway stations on both sides of the hotel—though not directly across the street, they’re still within easy reach for getting around town. One memorable moment? We actually saw a basket of ramen being burned (definitely an unusual sight!). But honestly, the real highlight was the rooftop hot spring. For the price, the quality and view were absolutely unbeatable—this spa experience alone made the stay worth every penny. The room itself felt more spacious than your average chain hotel, which made all the difference. Plus, getting around via train and shopping nearby is super convenient. One downside? The yakitori skewers aren’t worth it—overpriced and just okay in flavor. But honestly, when you factor in everything else, the value for money here is outstanding. I booked a family room, and it came fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, and kitchenware—perfect for self-catering, especially when traveling with kids. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Namba Station, and Black Gate Market is literally around the corner. Everything you need—from local street food to shopping—is within easy reach. The staff were warm and welcoming, with excellent English skills, making the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. One small note: the kids' playroom is quite compact—about 20 sqm—so it can only comfortably fit three or four young children at a time. It would be great if it could be expanded. Also, breakfast options are fairly basic, nothing special. Still, considering the convenience, cleanliness, and overall value, this hotel stands out. If I’m back in Osaka, this will definitely be my top choice again.
