The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English—they even helped us store our luggage, which was a huge plus. Definitely worth returning.

Nearby convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Hyoshunkan Supermarket are within walking distance, so grabbing snacks or essentials is never an issue. The room itself felt surprisingly spacious for the price, especially the standard twin room where the two beds can be pushed together—perfect for kids sleeping in the middle. There’s plenty of room to unpack luggage too. They’re happy to provide kid-sized toiletries and slippers upon request, which is a nice touch. The lobby is on the third floor—take the elevator right outside the entrance first, then transfer to another elevator to reach your room. The shared bathhouse is also on the same floor; just mention your room number to gain access. The women’s bath has around ten shower stalls, a large soaking pool, and a sauna area. It’s not huge, so I’d recommend bringing your own hair tie since they don’t seem to stock them on-site—had to search everywhere! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value with great convenience, comfort, and attention to detail. Definitely a top pick if you're visiting Fukuoka.
