The room itself is huge by Japanese standards, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine—so much convenience for a long stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making every interaction feel personal and welcoming. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this one stands out for its comfort, practicality, and exceptional service. Definitely planning to come back.

Everything you need—shops, restaurants, entertainment—is within easy reach, and you don’t even need an umbrella when it rains. The room is spacious for the area, which is rare in Shinsaibashi, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful—they offer luggage storage until 11 a.m. check-out, which is super convenient. There’s also a parking service available for ¥2,000 per day, but make sure to pick up your car before 11 a.m. or you’ll incur extra charges. Overall, this place delivers comfort, convenience, and great value—definitely my top choice in Osaka and I’ll be back again soon.

This family-friendly hotel is an absolute gem for parents and kids alike. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a massage chair that even the adults couldn’t resist! What truly sets it apart is the massive four-story free play area—kids were thrilled from check-in to check-out, saying they wanted to stay in the hotel all day long. Even the nightly snacks were a hit; my child kept asking when we could come back. Located just steps from the subway station, it’s super convenient, and both Tennoji Park and the zoo are right nearby. While the free afternoon tea mentioned in earlier reviews is no longer available, the overall experience remains outstanding.
