There's a Hankyu supermarket right downstairs with great prices and a wide selection—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. What really stood out was the staff’s hospitality. On the second day, even though we didn’t request cleaning, they proactively brought fresh towels, bathrobes, and bottled water to the room—so thoughtful and considerate. This level of service without being intrusive is rare. For the comfort, cleanliness, location, and attentive staff, this place offers incredible value. Definitely recommend it if you're visiting Osaka.

One downside: the on-site omakase dinner was disappointing—way too bland and not worth the price. I’d skip it if I were you. Overall, though, everything else hit the mark—the ambiance, design, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again, especially for travelers who appreciate character and charm over cookie-cutter hotels.
