I had a wonderful stay at TOBE|TOBE in Nagoya! The location is excellent—just a short walk from Nagoya Station, making it super convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, but I was really happy to book it at a great deal during a holiday. Right when I walked into the room, I noticed the private sink — such a thoughtful touch that made the space feel more spacious and convenient. The only small downside is that breakfast ends at 6:00 AM, which was too early for me since I had an early JR express train the next morning. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy a proper breakfast, which was a bummer. That said, overall this place is fantastic — clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly, the room is cozy, and it’s perfect for travelers who want a quiet, comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hassle-free, no-frills experience in Nagoya.

The neighborhood is also super convenient—plenty of local izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Even if you’re not a foodie, you’ll find something tasty within walking distance. Plus, being near Parco and Dōsu Shopping Street means there’s no shortage of dining, shopping, and entertainment right outside the door. Parking costs 1,200 JPY, which isn’t cheap, but considering the central location and excellent facilities, it’s worth every yen. 24-hour check-in is a huge plus for late arrivals or early departures.
