Staying here for three nights was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Itsaraphap MRT station, making it super easy to explore Bangkok without relying on taxis. The building has a vintage charm with a well-executed renovation that doesn’t compromise on comfort or functionality. Our room had everything we needed: a cozy bed, clean linens, plenty of charging ports, reliable Wi-Fi, and most importantly—strong air conditioning that made the hot Bangkok weather bearable. Thoughtful touches included ample towels, hangers, a hanging rack, toiletries, a mini-fridge stocked with water (two bottles daily), a TV with local Thai channels, a kettle, spoons, and even coffee cups. The bathroom was compact but smartly designed—the shower curtain effectively separated the wet zone from the sink and toilet area. Just one small upgrade suggestion: more towel hooks on the door would be helpful. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the manager who handled both front desk and housekeeping duties near the coffee nook. While communication could be tricky without Google Translate for complex questions, their kindness made up for it. A highlight? We were given free laundry, drying, and folding service for our first bulk wash—truly amazing! The only minor note: the hotel is on the third floor, so those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns might find it challenging. However, my 65-year-old mom managed it easily. Outside the hotel, there’s a great massage shop (starting at 300 THB/hour) just a short walk away, plus a must-try mango sticky rice spot and other local eateries open from 10 AM. Nighttime street food around Exit 1 offers authentic flavors at affordable prices. Plus, being on the Blue Line means budget-friendly travel to major spots like Sanam Chai (Grand Palace access) and Bang Khun Non (where you can hop on the train to Kanchanaburi/Death Railway/Bridge to River Kwai—much easier than going via Thonburi station). Overall, this place delivers exceptional value, convenience, and warmth. If you’re looking for a quiet, central, and well-equipped base in Bangkok, this is a top choice.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The cleanliness was appalling—bed linens were visibly dirty and caused severe itching after sleeping on them. Despite reporting the issue, the response was slow and unsatisfactory, and even getting a full refund took much longer than expected. The overall condition of the rooms suggested years without proper cleaning. The location near the river is nice in theory, but the surrounding area is noisy and unclean. It's hard to believe such a place made it onto any booking platform, especially given the lack of basic hygiene standards. I’d strongly advise travelers to think twice before choosing this hotel—your experience could be just as frustrating as mine.
