Staying on the 11th floor was a real highlight—spacious rooms and the laundry and fitness facilities all on the same level made life so convenient, especially with three kids in tow. I didn’t have to leave the floor to do laundry or work out, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. There are only three washing machines, and they double as dryers, so during peak times you might need to wait a bit—just plan ahead if possible. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Coming back from Hakata by taxi cost around 1,000 JPY, which felt very reasonable.
