The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside is the lack of laundry facilities, but there are several coin laundries nearby, so it’s not a major inconvenience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a great base for exploring downtown Osaka.

Staying at Welina Hotel Premier Osaka Namba was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a 4-minute walk from Nankō Namba Station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. There's a Family Mart right downstairs, and within walking distance you'll find Don Quijote, Daiso, 1010, and Namba City—all perfect for grabbing snacks, souvenirs, or just browsing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with great value for the price. The only minor downside was that only bottled water was provided for the first night, and there wasn't a daily housekeeping service. However, since we didn’t mind handling our own small tidying, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, this hotel offers excellent convenience and comfort, especially if you're visiting Osaka for business or leisure. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, centrally located base in Namba.

It's a four-story property with plenty of room, easily accommodating about 10 guests comfortably, making it ideal for group stays. The entire space is clean, well-maintained, and has a lovely, cozy vibe. I’d definitely stay here again—and not just once, but multiple times! Just make sure to prepare your check-in details ahead of time, similar to how you’d do on other platforms, to avoid any last-minute surprises. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. These issues could definitely be improved with minor upgrades. Still, the price-to-quality ratio is strong, especially for travelers looking to explore Osaka on a budget. If you're after convenience, central access, and a cozy base, this place is worth considering.

Even though it’s a tourist-heavy neighborhood, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and peaceful—definitely not noisy or overwhelming. Housekeeping was excellent; I actually overslept one day, and they still cleaned my room without any hassle—something I’ve never seen at other hotels. The room itself felt more spacious than your average chain hotel, which made all the difference. Plus, getting around via train and shopping nearby is super convenient. One downside? The yakitori skewers aren’t worth it—overpriced and just okay in flavor. But honestly, when you factor in everything else, the value for money here is outstanding. For the price, this hotel delivers far more than expected. Definitely a hidden gem that I’d recommend over many others.

This was my first stay at Citadines Namba Osaka, and I was genuinely impressed. The hotel is housed in the former Takashimaya department store, blending classic Japanese architecture with modern, well-maintained interiors. The building has a charming old-world feel from the outside, but inside, everything feels fresh and spotless. I booked a family room, and it came fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, and kitchenware—perfect for self-catering, especially when traveling with kids. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Namba Station, and Black Gate Market is literally around the corner. Everything you need—from local street food to shopping—is within easy reach. The staff were warm and welcoming, with excellent English skills, making the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. One small note: the kids' playroom is quite compact—about 20 sqm—so it can only comfortably fit three or four young children at a time. It would be great if it could be expanded. Also, breakfast options are fairly basic, nothing special. Still, considering the convenience, cleanliness, and overall value, this hotel stands out. If I’m back in Osaka, this will definitely be my top choice again.
