Located in a newer district, it's surrounded by office buildings, so it feels lively yet not overcrowded. Across the street is Shinyokahama Park—a spacious green area with a small river, a large sports field, and several smaller courts. I enjoyed morning runs there; it’s peaceful, well-used, but never too crowded. Around the hotel, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets—everything you need within easy reach. The room was compact but spotless, modern, and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected, including the private bathroom. I didn’t get to try the microwave, but that’s a minor detail. With a special rate of 337 CNY per night through the platform, this was an excellent value for money. Highly recommend for travelers seeking comfort, location, and affordability.

The only minor inconvenience was ongoing renovations affecting elevator access—only one elevator stops at the first floor—but the team managed it smoothly without disrupting our stay.
