The meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are all generous and delicious, with no complaints at all. Don’t miss the chance to wear yukata and relax on traditional tatami mats—it’s such a unique cultural touch. One staff member is from Taiwan and provided excellent translation throughout our stay—so thoughtful and warm-hearted. The kids absolutely loved it! We stayed at Zuihoen in Kobe with my 74-year-old mom and our 10-year-old daughter. While the price wasn’t cheap (over ¥100,000 for the suite), considering the location, service, and overall quality, it felt worth every yen.
