Stayed at this hotel right before Christmas weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade—no extra charge, just a nice surprise! The upgraded room features a private entryway that gives it a real boutique suite vibe. There’s plenty of space to unpack luggage and move around comfortably, no cramped feeling at all. The only downside? The onsen was quite busy in the evening due to the holiday rush, but staff were still super friendly and accommodating. Location-wise, it’s perfect—both sides of the hotel have convenient convenience stores, and it's just a short taxi ride to Shinsaibashi and other shopping hotspots. Super convenient, great value, and I’d definitely stay here again!
