Every day felt like a mini adventure: shopping, dining, exploring—all within walking distance. The proximity to public transit also makes getting around Osaka super convenient. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Kintetsu Uehommachi Station, making it incredibly easy to travel to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe—just a quick ride on the Kintetsu line from right outside the door. Exit at gates 13-14, follow the right-hand side path, and you’ll immediately spot the hotel entrance (Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka)—very straightforward. Despite being over 40 years old, the property feels fresh and well-maintained. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent facilities throughout. The staff go above and beyond—friendly, professional, always greeting guests with a smile and eager to assist. Daily buffet breakfast is a highlight: generous portions, good variety, and great quality. It’s definitely worth waking up early for. A major plus is the direct airport bus service to Kansai Airport, priced at just ¥1,800 per person. The bus stop is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, accessible via the side entrance from the lobby—no hassle, just quick and efficient. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants, convenience stores, and local gems. Black Gate Market is only a 20-minute walk away, while Shinsaibashi takes about 30 minutes—perfect for exploring the city without needing a car or long transit times. This hotel offers unbeatable convenience, comfort, and value. I’ll absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

One thing that felt a bit underwhelming was the lobby beverage selection: now only a compact coffee machine is available, compared to other branches where you can enjoy a wider range of drinks like soda, green tea lattes, and more from an open café-style counter. That said, the hotel’s pricing in the Namba area is on the higher end, so improving the first impression here would go a long way. What really stood out though? The front desk staff—super friendly, attentive, and always with a warm smile. Their hospitality made the whole stay feel personal and welcoming. Definitely planning to come back.

This was hands down the best hotel of my entire trip to Japan. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the subway, making it super easy to get around town. I was able to reach Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori in no time, perfect for exploring the area on foot. The real highlight? The natural hot spring on the top floor. After a long day of sightseeing, soaking in the warm waters was pure relaxation—clean, soothing, and peaceful. The room is compact but surprisingly functional; even with two 28-inch suitcases, there was plenty of space to unpack and move around comfortably. While it’s not as spacious as some domestic hotels, everything felt well thought out and efficient. Excellent value for money, great service, and an overall experience that exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit Osaka.

I’d heard this was an older property, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained it was—really impressive for its age. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the subway entrance is literally right at the hotel’s ground floor, just across the street from a shopping mall. Walking around town is a breeze. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety with both Western and Japanese options. After days of eating out in Japan, finally enjoying a warm bowl of porridge made the whole trip feel more complete. It’s a hidden gem with excellent value and convenience.

The location is unbeatable—just take the JR from the airport directly to Tennoji Station with no transfers needed. Exit at JR Central South, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, cross the skybridge, and you're right in front of the hotel. There’s a convenient elevator next to the drugstore; just press '3' to reach the lobby. The hotel connects directly to Q's Mall on the 2nd floor. Head down to B2 via elevator—on the left side, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, Uniqlo, Hands, Cross, and even a Starbucks. On the right, access to the Yodogawa Line and Hankai Electric Railway makes getting around Osaka effortless. The room was spacious enough for large suitcases, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

I stayed in a spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove—perfect for preparing meals on the go. The bathroom setup is outstanding: separate areas for toilet and shower, plus a dedicated entrance hall, making it feel very private and well-organized. Everything in the room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Bonus points for the TV having YouTube Premium—no ads while streaming, which is such a treat. For the price, this is an incredible value. I’ll definitely be back and would highly suggest it to fellow travelers.
