We stayed at Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba with our family during our trip to Osaka, and it was a perfect choice. There are subway stations on both sides of the hotel—though not directly across the street, they’re still within easy reach for getting around town. One memorable moment? We actually saw a basket of ramen being burned (definitely an unusual sight!). But honestly, the real highlight was the rooftop hot spring. For the price, the quality and view were absolutely unbeatable—this spa experience alone made the stay worth every penny. A fantastic value and a must-visit for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Osaka.

That said, there were a few drawbacks: no hot water during showers, limited space (only two suitcases allowed), a slightly noisy refrigerator, and the air conditioning didn’t cool down effectively. These issues could definitely be improved with minor upgrades. Still, the price-to-quality ratio is strong, especially for travelers looking to explore Osaka on a budget. If you're after convenience, central access, and a cozy base, this place is worth considering.

Housekeeping was excellent; I actually overslept one day, and they still cleaned my room without any hassle—something I’ve never seen at other hotels. The room itself felt more spacious than your average chain hotel, which made all the difference. Plus, getting around via train and shopping nearby is super convenient. One downside? The yakitori skewers aren’t worth it—overpriced and just okay in flavor. But honestly, when you factor in everything else, the value for money here is outstanding. For the price, this hotel delivers far more than expected. Definitely a hidden gem that I’d recommend over many others.
