I’d heard this was an older property, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained it was—really impressive for its age. The staff were friendly and professional, with English-speaking support at the front desk, plus someone who spoke Chinese, making communication super easy. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the subway entrance is literally right at the hotel’s ground floor, just across the street from a shopping mall. Walking around town is a breeze. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety with both Western and Japanese options. After days of eating out in Japan, finally enjoying a warm bowl of porridge made the whole trip feel more complete. It’s a hidden gem with excellent value and convenience.

The location is unbeatable—just take the JR from the airport directly to Tennoji Station with no transfers needed. Exit at JR Central South, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, cross the skybridge, and you're right in front of the hotel. There’s a convenient elevator next to the drugstore; just press '3' to reach the lobby. The hotel connects directly to Q's Mall on the 2nd floor. Head down to B2 via elevator—on the left side, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, Uniqlo, Hands, Cross, and even a Starbucks. On the right, access to the Yodogawa Line and Hankai Electric Railway makes getting around Osaka effortless. The room was spacious enough for large suitcases, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the convenience and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, delicious flavors, and fresh ingredients. I couldn’t get enough of the Japanese and Western options.
