They also provide free shuttle service to Sannomiya Station if you book in advance, which is super convenient for travelers exploring the city. Despite the rough start, the staff’s responsiveness and overall quality of the rooms made up for it completely. I’d definitely recommend this hotel—great value, excellent location, and top-notch service.
