We saved a lot on accommodation without sacrificing comfort. The room came fully equipped: bathrobes, slippers, powerful hairdryer—everything we needed. Furniture looked nearly new, and the overall ambiance felt fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was outstanding—huge portions, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality. Staff went above and beyond; anything we asked for, they happily provided. The location couldn’t be better. We took taxis only once or twice—we could walk to almost every attraction. Beach was just a 10-minute stroll away, and right nearby were the Winter Theatre, Ostrovsky Museum, and the bustling Kurortny Prospekt packed with cafes and restaurants. We visited the spa twice, and the stone therapy was absolutely incredible—felt like I’d been reborn after each session. Prices were very reasonable, making it a real gem. Definitely coming back.

I found Golden House Hotel, made the reservation immediately, and paid upfront. Then on June 13th, I received a message that my booking had been canceled—no warning, no explanation, just gone. It caused me a lot of stress trying to find another hotel last minute, and prices had doubled by then. I was extremely disappointed. Even more frustrating was realizing that my original room was still available for booking on their website. This lack of communication and transparency really damaged my trust in the platform. I expected better from a service that claims to be reliable.
