The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Coming back from Hakata by taxi cost around 1,000 JPY, which felt very reasonable. The hotel’s location is also great for public transport—easy access to the subway. Plus, the lobby offers free coffee and instant black-and-white photo printing, which the kids absolutely loved. It’s rare to find such thoughtful touches that make a stay feel more personal and enjoyable.
