The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional—especially Olga, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. While there’s no breakfast included, the abundance of nearby eateries makes it easy to grab a bite without hassle. There’s also drinking water available in the hotel, which is a nice touch. One thing to note: the entrance is secured by a gate code, so if you’re not confident with English or navigating unfamiliar systems, it’s worth contacting the hotel ahead of time to confirm check-in details or ask if they can meet you downstairs.
