Walked into the hotel and was immediately impressed—far more luxurious than the photos suggested. Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.

When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—super close to major attractions, and if you’re driving, free parking with plenty of space. Overall, an exceptional stay with incredible value.
