The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. We came to watch a live event and booked a twin room in advance. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s cleanliness and warm ambiance stood out. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they had already received our pre-arrived packages and kindly signed for them on our behalf, even storing them safely until we arrived. During check-in, they patiently explained various amenities and services—an attentive touch that made us feel welcomed right away. Unfortunately, due to late returns after the games, we missed both afternoon tea and the late-night noodle offering—but knowing it was available made us appreciate the thoughtfulness even more. Our luggage was quite heavy, so the hotel’s little delivery robot was a real game-changer. It brought everything up to our door, though it was a bit tricky to retrieve from the robot’s compartment. Just as we were struggling, a kind housekeeping staff member passed by and immediately helped us carry everything inside—so grateful for her spontaneous kindness! On our friend’s birthday, we returned to find a handwritten birthday card and a lovely fruit-and-dessert platter waiting in the room. It brought tears to our eyes—such a sweet surprise! Later that night, my camera suddenly developed a storage issue and needed troubleshooting with a computer. At 1 a.m., I hesitated to ask, but reached out anyway—and the front desk team responded instantly, helping me resolve the problem. Truly incredible service. A heartfelt thank you to the team working on the 26th, 27th, and 28th—your care, attention, and genuine warmth made this trip unforgettable. If we ever come back to Nanjing, this is the only hotel we’ll consider. Highly recommended!

The suite layout offered plenty of space, and even though the guest room was a bit smaller, the overall room design felt spacious and comfortable. The balcony came with a washer and drying rack—perfect for a 3- or 4-day trip, so no need to worry about laundry. The location is unbeatable: right next to a shopping mall, with restaurants and a Starbucks just downstairs. Everything you need is within walking distance. Cleanliness was excellent—everything looked spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming; they even added me on WeChat upon check-in, which made communication super easy and personal. The bath amenities were high quality, though I noticed there wasn’t a moisturizer included—nothing major, since it’s easily available nearby. Breakfast was a set meal—nutritious and satisfying, though adding more fresh vegetables would have been a nice upgrade. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and convenience. Definitely planning to come back!
