The service stood out too—the concierge, Xiao Wu, was attentive and helpful whenever needed, and the housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile. Any issues were resolved promptly, which made the stay stress-free. The only minor downside was the parking garage signage; the exit wasn’t clearly marked, making it a bit tricky to find. A small improvement there would make the experience even better. All in all, this hotel offers great value, a comfortable atmosphere, and a friendly vibe—definitely a place I’d return to on future trips.

Special mention to Manager Chen Meiqin—her professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness made a lasting impression. This wasn’t just a stay; it felt like being treated like family. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—super close to major attractions, and if you’re driving, free parking with plenty of space. Overall, an exceptional stay with incredible value. The attention to detail is outstanding, making every visit feel personalized and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!

There are plenty of food delivery options around, so dinner was never an issue. My room had plenty of natural sunlight through a large window that could be opened for fresh air, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The AC kept the room comfortably warm, and every faucet delivered hot water—such a small but thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, well-organized, and spacious, with a desk perfect for working or eating. The pillow height was just right, and the thick tissues plus complimentary mineral water were nice extras. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and attentive. What really stood out was how convenient the area is. Right downstairs, there are so many great dining options. Near a local middle school, the food here suits both kids and adults—think McDonald’s, Ji Ming Tangbao, and even a hidden gem called Xin He Zhai for lamb dishes, which is always packed. Another must-try is Hong Jie’s Jianbing, where they serve authentic Nanjing pidi mian with incredibly fresh meat slices—highly recommended! There's also a community service center and an underground market where you can grab steaming hot youtiao and zongzi in the morning. For dinner, I tried Hu Bian Li, and the flavors were outstanding. Overall, this stay was fantastic—excellent value, clean rooms, great location, and amazing hospitality. I’d definitely book again. Thank you, front desk guy—you made my trip special!
