When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. The location is also excellent for public transit—just a short walk to Zhongsheng Metro Station, making it easy to reach New City Science Park and other key areas. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment came with all the essentials: a washing machine, hairdryer, and refrigerator—perfect for longer stays or business travelers. The only minor issue was that the heating from the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough during cooler evenings, but this is something that could be improved. Despite that, the value for money is outstanding, and I’d definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, central, and well-equipped stay in Nanjing.
