The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they had already received our pre-arrived packages and kindly signed for them on our behalf, even storing them safely until we arrived. During check-in, they patiently explained various amenities and services—an attentive touch that made us feel welcomed right away. Unfortunately, due to late returns after the games, we missed both afternoon tea and the late-night noodle offering—but knowing it was available made us appreciate the thoughtfulness even more. Our luggage was quite heavy, so the hotel’s little delivery robot was a real game-changer. It brought everything up to our door, though it was a bit tricky to retrieve from the robot’s compartment. Just as we were struggling, a kind housekeeping staff member passed by and immediately helped us carry everything inside—so grateful for her spontaneous kindness!
