The kids’ play area is a highlight—both indoor and outdoor spaces with a great variety of toys that kept them entertained for hours. We also loved the hotel’s location in the heart of the Cota area, surrounded by amazing dining options and easy access to other attractions via public transit. The welcome snacks and fresh fruit were such a thoughtful touch—little details that make a big difference. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Definitely planning to return.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday with the whole family on a three-night stay in Macau, and staying at Grand Hyatt Macau was an absolute highlight. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—especially when they noticed we had kids. They even upgraded us to higher floors (18th and 20th) with stunning views of the City of Dreams fountain, which became a favorite spot for the little ones to enjoy every evening. The hallway was spacious and quiet, and the soundproofing in the rooms was impressive—no noise from other guests or hallways. Stepping into our room felt like entering a peaceful retreat: open layout, generous space, no sense of crowding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and the kids couldn’t stop gushing over the fountain show. The bathroom was a dream—fully separated, with a huge soaking tub, dual vanities, overhead shower, soft ambient lighting, and a full-length mirror with a double door entry. It’s perfect for anyone who loves getting ready in style. We also loved the JBL Bluetooth alarm clock—we could stream our own music anytime. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the linens felt luxurious. Even more surprising was the quality of the amenities: Paris-Balmain toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap)—all high-end, beautifully scented, and deeply moisturizing. I didn’t bring any personal products this time, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t. Everything was top-notch. This trip exceeded all expectations, and we’ve already decided to come back again. A truly memorable experience.

Even if you're short on time, it's a pleasant stroll through the streets to get there. The staff are professional and friendly, and the breakfast restaurant is busy but worth the wait—great value for the price. As a guest, I enjoyed discounts and could order à la carte until 3 PM. The rooftop dining area offers a nice view of a famous landmark building, making it a great spot for photos. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently warm and attentive—definitely reflects the quality of an IHG property. Outside the hotel, just a few steps to the right, is Kwik Kee, where the pork floss and almond cookies are delicious. There’s also a fresh fruit shop right downstairs, and across the street, a supermarket with even better-quality produce. For late-night cravings, there’s a family-style barbecue joint right at the entrance—super convenient to grab a quick bite instead of ordering in. The surrounding area is packed with amazing food options: I tried both Portuguese and Thai cuisine, and both were excellent. It’s clear why Macau is known as a true food paradise.

This place completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with four windows offering great natural light and views. It's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the Ruins of St. Paul’s, and surrounded by amazing dining options. I originally booked just two nights, but after checking in, I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked! That says it all about how popular this gem is. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and such a cozy atmosphere. If you're visiting Macau, don't miss out on this hidden treasure—it’s worth every penny.

Though the old 16P bus route is no longer running, getting around via other public transport options is still super convenient. The room itself is basic but clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the affordable price point—great value for money. One nice touch: the towels are disposable and changed daily, which adds a sense of hygiene and freshness. Overall, it's a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly, well-located stay in Macau.

You can easily spend days exploring without ever leaving the premises. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset when the golden light bathes everything in soft glow. Lying on a lounge chair while watching the sun dip behind the Macau Tower? Pure magic. Our fireworks view twin room was perfect—the huge floor-to-ceiling window offered uninterrupted views of the iconic Macau Tower. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathtub for soaking after a long day. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty in one place. If you’re planning a trip to Macao, this hotel is a must-stay.
