I stayed multiple nights, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I actually didn’t want to get out of bed! The dining experience was consistently excellent, with every meal hitting the mark in taste and presentation. Staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail—always polite, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. No downsides throughout the entire stay. This place deserves every single star it gets. A flawless, memorable experience that I’ll definitely return to.

I ended up saving a lot by buying breakfast directly at the hotel for just 280 MOP. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the only minor downside is the pricing inconsistency across booking channels. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a premium experience.

After staying at several similar-tier hotels in the same brand, this was by far the best stay I’ve ever had, and it truly stood out in every way. From the moment I arrived at the door in a taxi to the final farewell when checking out, every staff member I met went above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to detail. They helped with luggage, offered welcome drinks, gave thoughtful room briefings, and even made sure charging cables were neatly arranged during nightly turn-down service—small things, but they made such a difference. The breakfast was exceptional too—consistent high standards from the team, with daily rotating specialty dishes, including luxurious items like abalone and bird’s nest soup, which are rarely seen even in fine dining restaurants. The quality honestly felt comparable to Michelin-level meals. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, with stunning views, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout—plus complimentary mini-bar goodies. A big thank you to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other friendly faces I didn’t get to learn the names of. Your hospitality made the entire trip unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back—this is now my go-to choice in Macao.

Staying at Crowne Plaza Macau was such a pleasant experience. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the Zhuhai-Macau Border Crossing, or only a short taxi ride (around $23) away. What’s great is the free shuttle bus that runs between the hotel and the border—super convenient for travelers arriving by land. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so you’re never far from a good meal. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that part. But the front desk service? Absolutely outstanding. Special shoutout to Cici—she was incredibly helpful, patiently answering my questions and even giving me tips on kid-friendly spots around the area. She was also accompanied by another friendly staff member, Nora, who was just as welcoming. On check-out, another lovely lady at the front desk gave me a warm smile and efficient service—I didn’t catch her name, but her kindness stood out. Overall, the hospitality made all the difference. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Macau.

It’s been a while since I last stayed at L'Arc Hotel Macau—this was my go-to choice for years, and after a two-year hiatus, it’s back and better than ever. As a loyal guest, I couldn’t resist coming back for two nights to relive the magic. From the moment I walked in, the familiar vibe hit me—same warmth, same charm. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Macau Peninsula, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by metro. The buffet dinner stood out with its creative dishes and high-quality ingredients, while breakfast was generous and delicious. The room was spacious, with stunning views—especially at night when the city lights shimmered across the skyline. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant manager personally ensured we had our favorite seats, even going the extra mile to accommodate older guests with care. Everything felt thoughtful and personal. It’s not just a hotel—it feels like home. A truly memorable stay, and definitely one I’ll be returning to.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to public transit, and attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul’s are within easy reach. Even if you're short on time, it's a pleasant stroll through the streets to get there. The staff are professional and friendly, and the breakfast restaurant is busy but worth the wait—great value for the price. As a guest, I enjoyed discounts and could order à la carte until 3 PM. The rooftop dining area offers a nice view of a famous landmark building, making it a great spot for photos. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently warm and attentive—definitely reflects the quality of an IHG property. Outside the hotel, just a few steps to the right, is Kwik Kee, where the pork floss and almond cookies are delicious. There’s also a fresh fruit shop right downstairs, and across the street, a supermarket with even better-quality produce. For late-night cravings, there’s a family-style barbecue joint right at the entrance—super convenient to grab a quick bite instead of ordering in. The surrounding area is packed with amazing food options: I tried both Portuguese and Thai cuisine, and both were excellent. It’s clear why Macau is known as a true food paradise.

Right outside the hotel is one of Macau’s must-visit spots for photos and sightseeing, and just a short walk away you’ll find charming alleyways packed with local street food. I loved wandering through the narrow lanes, sampling tasty snacks along the way. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the Macau Sixteen Piers Hotel—perfect if you’re planning to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all essentials included. Despite its central location, it felt quiet and comfortable. For the price, this place offers fantastic value. I’d definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Macau who wants a convenient, authentic experience.

This place completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with four windows offering great natural light and views. It's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the Ruins of St. Paul’s, and surrounded by amazing dining options. I originally booked just two nights, but after checking in, I immediately wanted to extend my stay. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked! That says it all about how popular this gem is. Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and such a cozy atmosphere. If you're visiting Macau, don't miss out on this hidden treasure—it’s worth every penny.
