Staying at Mia Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly clean—every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. The bed was so comfortable I barely wanted to get up in the morning. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy to explore downtown Hanoi. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It's a great value for the quality offered. Definitely recommend this gem!

I stayed at Mia Sen VONG Hotel in Hanoi and overall had a positive experience—great location, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, there was one disappointment: I was promised a room with a window when booking, but it wasn’t available upon check-in, and I had to pay extra to upgrade. That felt a bit unfair. Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating. The hotel has good potential, especially with its value-for-money pricing, but a few small improvements in communication and guest convenience would make a big difference. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
